Let me keep it real, weak epidemiology isn't what we should base our nutrtional understanding on. But when we see a clear association polar opposite to the constant weak-association, epidemiological "Fat is bad" headlines.. perhaps we shouldn't care what the rest of the world thinks. Meanwhile, keep getting healthy, seeing those results and don't worry about what the rest of the world thinks.
If you're hungry you're either not consuming enough energy or you are unable to utilize your body's available energy. It doesn't have to be complicated and you don't have to starve. Eat animal foods until full and don't fear the fat.
Square pegs don't go in round holes; have a high insulin problem? Eat a fatty steak.
